Develop and improve high-performance software agents for Linux, Unix, and Windows across multiple processor architectures. Coordinate engineering, data science, design, marketing, business development, and support teams from ideation through commercialization. Define product metrics, communicate value propositions, drive customer and partner adoption, and oversee platform enhancements and releases.

Designs, verifies, documents, and releases high-performance ASICs and subsystems for Cisco platforms. Responsibilities include block-level design through tapeout, RTL ownership and debugging, test-plan and test-bench development, design verification leadership, physical design, signal and power integrity, analog/mixed-signal validation, milestone execution, and subsystem analysis.

Manage complex non-standard commercial deals across EMEA by analyzing pricing, margins, discounts, terms, risks, and revenue recognition. Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, Cisco Capital, and other teams to optimize deal structures, support approval decisions, maintain policy and SOX compliance, and identify revenue recognition issues. The role requires financial modeling, data analysis, strong communication, and experience supporting multinational, multi-country organizations.
