Lead backend physical design methodology and flow from RTL to GDS. Own physical synthesis, place-and-route, optimization, timing closure, and floorplanning. Develop/validate P&R flows and physical verification using EDA tools, collaborating across teams to deliver large-scale VLSI ASIC designs.

Design and implement ASIC micro-architecture and RTL (Verilog/SystemVerilog), collaborate on full-chip integration and timing closure, work with verification and physical design teams, perform debug, root-cause analysis, and post-silicon validation, and evolve design methodology.

Design and implement control-plane and data-plane software, low-level drivers, BSPs and kernel modules for IIoT switching/routing products. Produce design documents, unit tests, debug and triage issues, collaborate across teams, and drive technical leadership and IP generation (patents).

Coordinate supply chain readiness and BOM cost integrity for video endpoint products. Drive NPI-to-sustaining transitions, supplier engagement, risk mitigation, and project/process management to ensure material continuity and on-time delivery.

Lead development and execution of manufacturing test strategies, validate product/process readiness, analyze large datasets to drive yield improvement, manage functional test capacity, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize testing methodologies for complex telecom hardware.

Design and qualify system power for Cisco networking products (10W–3000W+). Develop and execute power test plans, resolve field issues, engage vendors, review schematics/BOM/layout, and perform failure/root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Lead service delivery for large-scale telecom carrier networks: gather customer requirements with Cisco teams, draft and present proposals, manage large outsourced projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain customer and partner relationships to ensure successful network deployment and operation.

Serve as a technical strategic advisor driving product adoption and business value. Lead workshops and onboarding roadmaps, baseline customer environments, identify and mitigate adoption risks, document plans, guide architecture using validated Cisco designs, and provide customer feedback to influence product roadmaps.

Drive fault duplication, isolation, and root-cause analysis for Cisco hardware. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and suppliers to reproduce customer issues, recommend corrective actions, improve test and diagnostic coverage, and reduce RMAs. Coordinate cross-functional reviews and communicate technical findings to stakeholders.

Design and develop large-scale ASIC emulation environments, build netlists, create emulation infrastructure and tests (C/C++, TCL, Python), collaborate with design/DV/hardware teams, debug and validate pre- and post-silicon issues to accelerate ASIC development.
