Design, implement, and optimize manufacturable processes to improve cost, quality, and delivery. Troubleshoot root causes, specify and commission capital equipment, establish process controls and documentation, support production transfers, train staff, apply statistical process methods, and lead continuous improvement in a high-volume regulated manufacturing environment.

Prepare and maintain accounting records, review P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, analyze variances versus forecasts, support month-end close and reporting, assist budget/forecasting, and collaborate with operations to improve metrics and mitigate accounting risks.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan and deliver customer-focused products and services. Manage program schedules, budgets, staffing, P&L, customer communications, NPI activities, quality and delivery metrics, and corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction and program success.

Design and produce 3D mechanical models and controlled fabrication drawings for switchboards and related products, support production and testing, resolve design issues, maintain standard drawing libraries, and occasionally survey client sites.

Design and develop mechanical structures for PDU/power and shelf products: create 2D/3D drawings and BOMs, manage prototyping, molds and tooling, perform tolerance and safety analyses, support testing, packaging, certification, and production NPI; liaise with engineers and customers and resolve mechanical issues through to mass production.

Process purchase orders, coordinate with vendors and internal requestors, manage supplier database, maintain PO/shortage reports, resolve receiving and shortage issues, produce procurement metrics and root-cause analysis, and drive continuous process improvements to meet inventory and service targets.

Manage and maintain master part and logistics data, ensure compliance with customs and records, generate reports/metrics for suppliers, inventory risk, cost savings, and provide recommendations to management.

Lead electrical engineering efforts for product prototyping, testing, and release to manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design systems and subsystems, develop fixtures, document builds, improve engineering processes, and support supplier and internal design integration to meet customer requirements.
