Lead and manage the full lifecycle of precision injection mold programs: client negotiations, project scoping, budgeting, cost control, milestone tracking, delivery, AR support, customer feedback, team KPIs, process standardization, and PMO activities to ensure on-time, on-cost delivery and customer satisfaction.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and deliver customer-focused products in an electronics manufacturing environment. Manage program budgets, track metrics, negotiate contracts, oversee NPI timelines, ensure quality and customer satisfaction, and coordinate resources across departments.

Support program management by coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking schedules and budgets, preparing reports and presentations, developing/monitoring metrics, driving continuous improvement, and following up on shipments. Occasional travel to customer sites required.

Design and develop PDU/power module mechanical structures from prototype to mass production: CAD drawings, tolerance analysis, mold follow-up, testing, packaging, BOMs, NPI support, and onsite customer troubleshooting.
