Troubleshoots process failures, leads NPI and ECO implementations, oversees equipment installation and startup, establishes process control methodologies and parameters, and supports cycle time reduction and material selection for medium- to high-complexity PCB assembly.

Support production by selecting and implementing equipment, establishing repeatable processes, troubleshooting, applying statistical process control, driving cycle-time, safety, productivity and yield improvements, and training production personnel during technology transfers.

Lead test engineering for power hardware: design/accept test fixtures, configure test equipment, troubleshoot production issues, collect/analyze test data, prepare DFT/CPK/PFMEA/GR&R reports, support project transfers and quotations, and train technicians.

Design, test, and optimize automated manufacturing systems including motor controls, drives, communication systems, HMIs, robotics, fixtures and gages. Engage with customers, develop tests and simulations, establish QA/monitoring, investigate defects, and apply DFX/DFM and PokaYoke to improve manufacturability and system integrity.
