Lead business development for the Industrial BU: qualify and win new customers, build strategic alliances, align Flex resources to customer roadmaps, manage pipeline and bookings, collaborate with Finance and internal teams, and support talent and budget decisions to drive revenue growth.

Design and develop PDU/power module mechanical structures from prototype to mass production: CAD drawings, tolerance analysis, mold follow-up, testing, packaging, BOMs, NPI support, and onsite customer troubleshooting.

Support program management by coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking schedules and budgets, preparing reports and executive presentations, facilitating customer communication, monitoring shipments, driving continuous improvement, and assisting with metrics and program proposals.

Lead tooling business development by identifying customers, managing RFQ pipeline, coordinating cross-functional quoting and cost analysis, driving RFQ-to-order conversion, tracking win rates, and reviewing project cost vs. quote to improve pricing and delivery.

Analyze complex business problems and design automated system solutions. Write functional and technical specifications, test and implement system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, liaise with stakeholders and developers, and manage project deliverables to improve operational efficiency.
