Leads document control, engineering change management, configuration control, and records governance. Oversees engineering documentation, BOMs, part masters, specifications, drawings, document releases, revisions, archiving, and retrieval. Leads strategic supply chain management across planning, sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics, supplier performance, and customer engagement. Develops long-term strategies, manages risk and continuity initiatives, optimizes costs and inventory, oversees supply chain teams, and drives continuous improvement. Partners with executives, customers, suppliers, engineering, operations, and finance to support product programs, operational excellence, business growth, and financial objectives.

Lead and improve manufacturing processes for medium-voltage switchgear and control panels. Define and implement manufacturable designs, troubleshoot process failures, develop process controls and documentation, drive capital equipment purchases, support production transfers, train personnel, and lead cost, quality, safety, and cycle-time improvement initiatives.

Perform and manage electrical testing for relay panels, medium-voltage switchgear, and power distribution components. Create and maintain test procedures, review test plans, lead troubleshooting and quality improvements, and ensure compliance with IEEE and customer testing requirements.

Coordinates technical planning, design execution, tender compliance, engineering documentation, manufacturing support, testing, commissioning, and project technical communications. Reviews electrical and mechanical designs, prepares project-specific calculations, supports vendor and customer interactions, evaluates O&M materials, and assists with root-cause analysis. The role requires expertise in switchgear, control panels, electrical distribution systems, single-line diagrams, protection devices, and UL standards, with approximately 20% travel.

Lead preparation, review, negotiation, and risk assessment of manufacturing, service, SOW, and quality agreements. Act as liaison between commercial and legal teams, ensure required approvals in the contract lifecycle system, develop KPIs and training, maintain legal resources, support customer negotiations, and drive contract process improvements.
