Creates training materials, delivers hands-on instruction, coaches trainers, validates teaching standards, coordinates operator certifications, audits training quality, identifies skill gaps, tracks training metrics, and promotes safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Leads cross-functional new product development projects from planning through launch. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, managing phase-gate processes, reporting progress, controlling schedules and budgets, overseeing product builds, managing stakeholders, and producing requirements, specifications, test plans, cost targets, and other project documentation.

Facilitate business requirements gathering, document current and future processes, identify improvements across supply chain planning, and translate business needs into SAP-enabled solutions. Lead end-to-end testing and UAT, manage defects, validate master data and controls, and support training, documentation, and business readiness for ERP deployment.

Manages and optimizes production schedules for service parts and sales accessories based on demand, materials, capacity, and labor. Represents fabrication manufacturing engineering on new product development teams, leading design for manufacturability and assembly, process and equipment selection, automation projects, and capital equipment installation. Supports continuous improvement, cost reduction, safety, production operations, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. Serves as a fabrication subject matter expert while managing multiple projects and collaborating cross-functionally.

Administer and continuously improve SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and related cloud application environments. Responsibilities include implementation, upgrades, architecture, integrations, performance monitoring, transport management, risk remediation, disaster recovery, backup and recovery, incident resolution, documentation, and production support. The role partners with architects, functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, provides on-call support, and mentors SAP Operations team members.

Leads human resources strategy across two manufacturing sites, partnering with plant leaders on employee engagement, recruitment, labor relations, leadership coaching, policies, compliance, and team management. The role supports union and non-union employees, develops workforce strategies, cultivates workplace culture, and serves on the plant leadership team.
