Lead end-to-end India payroll operations ensuring statutory compliance, accurate delivery, and year-end reporting. Act as India payroll SME, advise HR/Finance/Tax, manage vendor relationships, resolve complex payroll issues, mentor junior staff, and contribute to process optimization, automation, and AI-readiness initiatives.

Manage end-to-end implementations for K12 districts, lead kickoff and training, coordinate technical setup (SSO, data), build scalable onboarding playbooks and materials, monitor adoption, triage issues, and translate district feedback to Product and GTM teams.

Manage proposal pre-work, track requirements and deliverables, incorporate SME edits, proofread, format final submissions, update graphics, support production and BAFO requests, and maintain proposal content libraries.

Manage and grow a portfolio of schools by using CRM and data to target opportunities, conduct outreach and remote meetings, propose solutions and quotations, drive renewals, and build long-term relationships while staying current on curriculum and Pearson products.

Perform ETL and data warehouse testing, write complex SQL for validation, execute data reconciliation, develop Python automation for data validation, maintain QA documentation, log and triage defects, and support UAT and production data verification on GCP/BigQuery.

Manage assigned components of customer-facing programs: plan and track workstreams, translate requirements into tasks and milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain delivery artefacts (plans, RAID logs, status reports), identify and escalate risks/issues, support customer communications and governance, and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices.
