Designs and governs enterprise AI architecture, including generative AI, agentic workflows, RAG, orchestration, integrations, governance, security, compliance, and AI operations. Supports pharmacy network analytics through data modeling, report creation, pharmacy directory development, quality assurance, and recurring regulatory reporting. Analyzes provider network adequacy and performance, transforms data into actionable insights, coordinates cross-functional projects, supports process improvements, and provides reporting to Provider Services and leadership.

Designs, implements, and maintains enterprise infrastructure and application solutions. Responsibilities include capacity planning, proof-of-concept evaluations, technical architecture, systems administration, troubleshooting server and networking issues, technology research, policy support, enterprise integrations, and technical leadership for strategic initiatives. The role requires collaboration with IT teams, vendors, end users, and business stakeholders, along with after-hours and on-call support.

Leads enterprise storytelling, transformation communications, thought leadership, executive messaging, and strategic content development. Translates complex business, technology, financial, AI, and operational initiatives into compelling narratives for stakeholders. Produces newsletters, articles, videos, town hall materials, case studies, and leadership communications while establishing editorial standards, managing content calendars, measuring engagement, and supporting organizational alignment and transformation adoption.
