Serve as the executive-level client contact for regional accounts (min $1M per account, $3M+ combined), driving revenue growth, retention, stewardship reporting, collections, renewals, and implementations. Coordinate internal teams, run stewardship meetings, present to customers, document opportunities in Salesforce, and proactively resolve issues to meet customer expectations.

Serve as technical claims QA expert auditing compliance with CorVel, industry and carrier standards. Evaluate claim handling quality across coverage, investigation, valuation, reserving and disposition. Produce operational reporting, identify trends, lead QA projects and training, create corrective action plans, monitor claim financials, perform software/product testing for claims processes, and collaborate with EC Operations and leadership on improvements.

Manage non-complex workers' compensation indemnity claims within delegated authority: confirm coverage, determine compensability, establish reserves, authorize payments, communicate with stakeholders, follow client/carrier guidelines, and support senior claims professionals.

Provide varied administrative support including answering calls, handling inquiries, scheduling, document organization, preparing reports and presentations, basic accounting assistance, and supporting local management on confidential tasks.

Manage lower-level, non-complex workers' compensation claims within delegated authority: confirm coverage, determine compensability, establish reserves, authorize payments, communicate status to stakeholders, and assist senior claims professionals on complex cases.

Manage a regional portfolio (accounts ≥ $1M; portfolio > $5M) to drive retention, revenue growth, contract renewals, and service delivery. Build executive relationships, lead stewardship meetings, coordinate implementations across teams, track issues and AR, and document opportunities in Salesforce. Provide consultative guidance and present renewals or upsell proposals.

Respond to providers via phone and email about bill review questions, interpret workers' compensation guidelines and client contracts, navigate bill review systems to retrieve information, explain fee schedules, contracted rates and carve-outs, document bill review errors to improve trends, and follow company standards. May transition to a Knowledge Center Representative role handling first-call resolution and data entry into CareMC.

Perform bill review clerical duties including mail prep, scanning, data entry and validation of medical bills, apply customer-specific rules, communicate status with supervisor, and assist the bill review team with phone and email tasks.
