Manage strategic, executive-level customer relationships for RELEX's retail and supply-chain platform. Monitor KPIs, identify development needs, and propose process and software solutions. Drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, influence governance, and support customers in demand planning, inventory management and store operations improvements to increase sales and reduce costs.

Lead presales activities for RELEX pricing and promotions solutions, using retail industry expertise to conduct discovery, workshops, tailored demonstrations, proofs of concept, ROI modeling, and executive presentations. Translate retailer pricing, promotion, and merchandising challenges into solution strategies while collaborating with professional services, product, marketing, and presales teams. The role is fully remote and requires approximately 40% travel across the US and Canada.

Partner with Americas sales leaders to deliver onboarding, training, workshops, and coaching; maintain Highspot; drive adoption of sales tools and methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Salesforce); analyze enablement metrics; localize global programs and share regional best practices.
