Lead pre-sales activities for Sophos cybersecurity solutions across Central America and the Caribbean. Support partners, resellers, customers, and key accounts with technical expertise, product demonstrations, threat guidance, and solution positioning. Explain complex cybersecurity concepts to technical and executive audiences, promote MDR and incident response offerings, and advise on network, cloud, endpoint, and compliance protection. The role requires up to 25% regional travel and is remote within the U.S.

Support and improve CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and cloud infrastructure for SaaS microservices. Deploy and troubleshoot containerized workloads (Kubernetes/EKS), write automation scripts (Groovy/Python/Bash), use Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, integrate DevSecOps tooling, communicate release status and risks, and participate in on-call rotations to maintain build and release reliability.

Lead execution of Sophos' global partner program across the EMEA region: drive program adoption, tiering, certifications, incentives, tooling rollouts, performance tracking, and partner feedback. Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, enablement, finance, and regional leadership to ensure consistent channel program delivery and regional localization.

Lead global partner enablement strategy to accelerate partner time-to-value and commercial success. Build role-based learning journeys, scale MSP/MSSP enablement, drive content and AI-enabled curriculum production, measure enablement impact using partner and CRM data, and lead a global enablement team.

Lead documentation strategy and team for enterprise cybersecurity products. Own content standards, workflows, quality metrics, and cross-functional partnerships. Manage hiring, coaching, and capacity planning while advancing AI-assisted and structured content practices and integrating docs into Agile release cycles.

Lead and develop Critical Incident Response Team squads supporting managed detection and response customers. Manage staffing, coverage, prioritization, service levels, quality, and operational readiness across concurrent engagements. Act as Incident Commander and senior escalation point for complex incidents, directing investigation, containment, eradication, recovery, and communications. Use metrics and customer feedback to improve processes, playbooks, training, automation, and service delivery while partnering with security and product teams.
