Leads DFM reviews, process development, pilot builds, PFMEA, tooling and fixture design, BOM and engineering changes, automation, lean initiatives, and productivity improvements. Collaborates with engineering, operations, supply chain, sourcing, and quality teams while supporting capital projects, ISO 9001 procedures, and global manufacturing initiatives.
