Manage and scale Hearst Television's digital advertising products across OTT, OLV, Display, Streaming Audio, and O&O. Define roadmaps, support go-to-market planning, enable sales with materials and training, track adoption and performance, partner with Ad Ops and Engineering, and gather advertiser and sales feedback to iterate product enhancements.

Manage breaking news and daily coverage by monitoring police scanners and social media, assigning crews, gathering and organizing tips and press releases, assisting producers and reporters, and posting content and push alerts across digital platforms.

Sell advertising across TV and web to local businesses and agencies. Prospect and develop new clients, build and upsell accounts, create sales proposals, form strategic partnerships, and meet individual revenue goals while contributing to the sales team.

Produce two well-sourced feature stories weekly and fast-turn daily coverage about Northern California; generate story ideas, manage an editorial calendar, meet deadlines, use analytics, coordinate with copy and photo desks, and leverage deep local networks to report on Mendocino, Humboldt, Del Norte, Shasta, Lassen and surrounding areas.

Lead a shared-service DevOps/platform team to design, build, and operate cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters, observability, and DevSecOps practices. Mentor engineers, enforce platform standards, ensure reliability and security, and align DevOps with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.

Produce enterprise and breaking news stories for television and mobile platforms. Generate story ideas, gather and edit video and sound, perform live shots, develop sources, contribute multimedia updates, and work tight deadlines. Must attend in-person, work varied shifts, and handle field reporting in all conditions.
