Temporary paid internship supporting the station’s technology team. Interns receive structured training and hands-on experience with broadcast, IT, communications, and infrastructure systems, shadow team members, and perform daily and project-focused tasks. Lead and coach a local media sales team to exceed revenue, market share, and digital goals. Manage pricing and inventory, forecast revenue, develop client relationships, support new business development, and train/recruit account executives. Collaborate with digital and national sales leaders and advise research to support sales efforts. In-person role requiring travel within the market and ownership of local budgets.

Lead and define the fashion vision for Cosmopolitan and Seventeen across print, digital, social, events, and partnerships. Performs ROI analyses, supports business cases, improves procurement and invoicing workflows, and identifies automation opportunities. The role is based in New York City with at least three office days per week.

Produce live local newscasts by selecting, researching, writing, and copy-editing content. Guide reporters, coordinate anchors, meteorologists, photographers, editors, and production staff, and manage breaking news and weather coverage. Responsibilities include boothing assigned newscasts, live timing, coordinating multiple crews, and presenting accurate, understandable, and engaging information. The role requires newsroom experience, journalistic integrity, schedule flexibility, and in-person attendance.
