Lead audience product strategy and activation across Hearsts advertising ecosystem. Develop standardized audience offerings, create sales enablement materials, coordinate activation across ad platforms and clean rooms, and partner with Ad Sales, Product, and Engineering to operationalize and optimize enterprise audience solutions for revenue growth.

Support the sales team by processing advertising contracts, obtaining creative assets, creating marketing/support materials, scheduling and launching campaigns, entering and maintaining orders and sales data, and coordinating with production and finance. Participate in a 10–12 month training program to develop into a Sales Account Executive. In-person attendance required.

Manage day-to-day business and legal affairs for television development and production, ensuring compliance with FCC/FTC/COPPA and rights/clearances oversight. Draft, review, and negotiate short-form production and vendor agreements, support Standards & Practices, maintain rights records, and coordinate with internal teams and counsel to protect brand integrity and contractual obligations.

Manage client relationships and translate business goals into media strategies. Build data-informed media plans, oversee campaign execution and optimization, lead kickoffs, collaborate on RFPs and pitches, monitor performance, and identify upsell and renewal opportunities to grow accounts.

Lead and shape local newscasts: oversee rundowns and scripts, manage producers/reporters, handle breaking news, drive digital/social engagement, post content, run editorial meetings, and perform administrative duties including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.

Support sales by entering and maintaining national/local advertising orders in WideOrbit, preparing proposals and marketing materials, coordinating campaign creative and scheduling, communicating with internal teams and clients, and facilitating sales project progress.

Report and produce local news stories: identify story ideas, shoot and edit video packages, deliver live reports, cover breaking news, weather and sports, develop sources, and create content for on-air and digital platforms.

Lead product design across Hearst Newspapers, mentor designers, drive high-quality, user-centered and AI-enabled experiences. Partner with product, engineering, and editorial teams to deliver measurable business value, improve design systems, execute detailed craft work, and introduce AI workflows to accelerate delivery and automation.

Design print and digital marketing materials—ads, brochures, mail, signage, social graphics—and produce production-ready files. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production and Editorial, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and contribute creative ideas to improve workflows and client outcomes.

Lead a QA team for a major client: plan and estimate Agile test scope, manage manual and automation testing, use TestRail/Selenium/TestNG/Postman, review requirements, create and execute test cases, report results, and ensure QA best practices across delivery and technology teams. Hybrid role based in NYC or Chicago (minimum two days/week).
