Owns execution and continuous improvement of talent management programs, including performance management, talent reviews, employee relations, offboarding, and employee programs. Manages the Talent roadmap, project plans, risks, reporting, and cross-functional accountability. Provides employee relations guidance, supports workforce changes, maintains compliance documentation, cross-trains on ADP payroll processes, ensures operational continuity, and mentors junior Talent team members.

Manage healthcare professional marketing projects from estimates and scopes through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards are met. Partner with Creative, CX, Analytics, and Technology teams to guide execution, identify implementation risks, and optimize outcomes. Prepare strategic deliverables, inform roadmap prioritization, and own program-level performance.

Leads client experimentation and personalization programs across web, mobile, and media channels. Designs testing roadmaps, hypotheses, KPIs, audiences, and statistical parameters; oversees test execution, quality assurance, monitoring, and analysis. Translates results into executive recommendations, ROI projections, and strategic action plans. Advises clients on experimentation maturity, governance, prioritization, and best practices while training internal and client teams. Manages stakeholder relationships, concurrent roadmaps, and opportunities for account growth.

Own MERGE’s corporate social strategy, voice, content calendar, publishing, community engagement, and employee advocacy program across LinkedIn and Instagram. Create platform-native copy and visual content, monitor trends, collaborate with creative, design, PR, and agency teams, manage social tools and vendors, and analyze performance to improve content. The role requires an autonomous, culture-fluent social professional with strong B2B copywriting, Adobe expertise, analytics skills, and practical AI and LLM fluency.

Own MERGE’s corporate social strategy and brand voice across LinkedIn and Instagram. Build content calendars, templates, and repeatable formats; create, publish, and optimize platform-native content; manage communities and employee advocacy; collaborate with creative, PR, and agency teams; oversee social tools and vendors; and report performance insights to leadership.

Leads MERGE’s internal and corporate communications strategy, including executive messaging, employee updates, change communications, channel governance, and high-stakes announcements. Partners with leaders across the agency, coaches executives, produces compelling content, measures communication effectiveness, mentors team members, and uses AI to improve communications while preserving an authentic human voice.
