Embedded on a Figma engineering team to design, build, test, and ship features or infrastructure. Collaborate with mentors, engineers, PMs, designers, and QA; contribute to team-aligned projects, maintain tests and documentation, participate in code reviews, and deliver a completed project by internship end.

The Strategic Account Executive will drive sales and manage relationships with enterprise customers, utilizing effective sales techniques and strategic planning to exceed targets.

Define and own AI evaluation strategy for Figma's AI features: set quality dimensions and bars, build evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, and pipelines, combine human and automated/model-based evaluation, produce dashboards and readouts, partner with Product/Design/Engineering/Data Science, and manage a small team to ensure decision-ready signals for shipping AI features.

Own and drive Figma's monetization strategy across pricing, packaging, AI credit/consumption models, and business model evolution. Lead a small team, partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Engineering, and GTM to translate strategy into product and commercial outcomes, define monetization for emerging areas (AI, consumption, APIs, acquisitions), and influence long-term company planning and investment decisions.

Lead and grow the Japan Solutions Consulting team, participate in customer/prospect meetings, mentor and hire consultants, define technical pre- and post-sales strategy, and build scalable programs to drive customer value and revenue.

Design and deliver a scalable onboarding program for high-volume commercial customers. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to build programs and enablement content, drive customers to onboarding closeout, report on metrics and feedback, and consult on product and industry best practices to accelerate adoption and identify new initiatives.

Lead the AI platform powering Figma Make and the Figma agent, owning distributed developer systems, MCP servers, eval infrastructure, and context personalization. Bridge design and production code, improve platform quality and performance, define continuous evals, and grow enterprise adoption by working with customers and cross-functional teams to ship reliable, scalable AI-driven design-to-code experiences.
