Data Science Interns will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business questions into data problems, evaluate experiments, develop behavioral and growth models, and build scalable data pipelines and tools. Leads Figma’s EMEA Technical Quality team, establishing strategy, processes, and performance standards for complex product issue investigation and resolution. Manages and develops technical support teams, partners with Product and Engineering on bug reporting and feedback loops, uses analytics to identify trends, and supports high-complexity enterprise escalations involving APIs, SSO, SCIM, provisioning, and security workflows.

Leads Figma’s EMEA SMB sales organization, managing frontline sales managers and Account Executives. Responsibilities include scaling revenue operations, forecasting, pipeline management, hiring and developing sales leaders, coaching performance, improving sales processes, and partnering with Marketing, Operations, Enablement, Product, and Customer Experience. The role also drives global sales consistency across EMEA, the Americas, and JAPAC while supporting strategic customer opportunities.

Responsibilities include managing annotation rhythms, quality standards, contractor hiring, vendor logistics, budgets, contracts, purchasing, workstream timelines, and dependencies. The role partners with design and model teams to review evaluation output, maintain quality benchmarks, improve processes, and identify automation opportunities. It requires strong design judgment, program management, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
