Leads an India-based machine learning infrastructure engineering team, overseeing hiring, mentoring, technical direction, roadmap planning, and delivery. Owns cloud-native ML serving, CI/CD, model deployment, GPU orchestration, observability, reliability, and platform capabilities across AWS. Leads GoDaddy’s end-to-end corporate development and M&A activities, including deal sourcing, investment thesis development, diligence, financial modeling, valuation, negotiation, executive recommendations, and post-merger integration planning. The role requires cross-functional leadership across Finance, Legal, Tax, Strategy, Product, Partnerships, and business teams, plus relationship management with investment banks and industry partners.

Leads GoDaddy’s highest-priority corporate strategy initiatives, addressing growth markets, competitive dynamics, capabilities, resource allocation, partnerships, and M&A. Converts ambiguous executive questions into rigorous analyses, strategic recommendations, business cases, and implementation plans. Advises senior leaders, drives cross-functional initiatives, builds repeatable strategy capabilities, and communicates clear recommendations that produce measurable business outcomes.

Own end-to-end M&A workstreams, including sourcing, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, negotiations, and closing support. Assess strategic opportunities, conduct market and competitive research, coordinate cross-functional deal teams, maintain relationships with industry participants and advisors, and support post-merger integration. Develop executive-ready investment materials, communicate transaction recommendations, and contribute to repeatable corporate development processes.

Provide first-contact customer support and troubleshooting for hosting products through messaging. Research moderately complex issues, guide customers through CMS, cPanel, Plesk, and custom interfaces, and resolve problems using FTP and MySQL. Consult with customers to match GoDaddy solutions to their online goals, meet sales and quality targets, collaborate across departments, and support teammates with technical queries.
