Lead enterprise client acquisition and growth for Thoughtworks in the Americas. Prospect, shape, and close high-value digital transformation, custom software, cloud, and AI engagements; build executive relationships, manage complex sales cycles (RFPs, MSA/SOW negotiations), and develop a robust pipeline leveraging partnerships and delivery teams.

Lead the design and architecture of software solutions, mentor teams, influence clients, and ensure high-quality delivery using modern practices.

Serve on AI-native advisory teams to translate strategy into executable technology solutions. Lead research, technology and market assessments, data analysis, and client workshops. Produce executive-ready deliverables, validate AI outputs, document requirements, and develop roadmaps. Drive delivery quality, reusable frameworks, and continuous improvement across engagements.

Lead and deliver end-to-end data science projects: frame problems, design AI systems, build and productionize models, ensure data quality and ethics, mentor team members, and communicate outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
