Supports growth with global OEM partners in Japan by executing joint business plans, go-to-market initiatives, pipeline management, partner field activation, commercial processes, and business governance. Coordinates Red Hat and partner sales, technical, marketing, and operations stakeholders; tracks opportunities, risks, actions, and milestones; supports strategic initiatives involving AI, hybrid cloud, virtualization, and platform modernization. Advise CXO-level clients on business, IT, AI, and legacy modernization strategies; develop roadmaps, target-state architectures, BPR initiatives, RFPs, and vendor selections. Provide PMO support, build consensus among stakeholders, communicate technology value, support sales and partnerships, and help define the offering, methodology, branding, and go-to-market strategy.

Design and deliver production-grade enterprise AI architecture blueprints and open-source Quickstarts. Build integrations, benchmarking/evaluation harnesses, and secure, compliant deployment patterns across cloud-native and heterogeneous hardware environments.

Lead enterprise sales opportunities for Red Hat OpenShift and hybrid cloud solutions across key accounts and new customers. Build account plans, advise senior executives, conduct customer meetings, support deal progression and closure, and develop strategic customer relationships. Guide organizations through virtualization-to-cloud transformation, connect technical solutions to business needs, and collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, professional services, and support teams. The role requires expertise in hybrid cloud, DevOps, Generative AI, MLOps, and AI inference, plus fluency in English and French.

Delivers hands-on Red Hat technology implementations for enterprise customers, helping build scalable and adaptable infrastructure. Collaborates on technical projects, documentation, timelines, stakeholder expectations, and project delivery. Uses Linux, configuration as code, scripting, automation, cloud, containers, and orchestration technologies. Provides customer enablement, mentors others, learns Red Hat solutions, travels frequently across North America, and develops toward technical leadership through training and increasingly complex implementations.

Lead customer consulting engagements using Red Hat technologies, designing and implementing scalable cloud and container platforms. Guide stakeholders, manage technical project timelines and documentation, present to executives, mentor team members, and collaborate across diverse teams. Required expertise includes Linux administration, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Ansible, GitLab, virtualization, cloud technologies, networking, and enterprise platform solutions. The role requires weekly Monday-through-Thursday travel to client locations and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Lead Red Hat’s Brazil Enterprise Government sales segment in a player-coach role. Drive large strategic software and infrastructure deals, develop sales strategies, execute partner and hyperscaler marketplace channels, coach geographically distributed teams, improve sales programs, and establish strategic direction for key accounts. Manage pipeline, conversion, operational and financial KPIs, performance forecasting, commercial approvals, pricing, resource allocation, and escalations while representing the region globally.

Owns enterprise cloud sales strategy and execution across an assigned territory. Identifies cloud adoption opportunities, structures complex marketplace and managed-service deals, manages negotiations, and drives contract closure. Builds co-sell relationships with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, system integrators, and resellers. Partners with sales, solution architecture, marketing, and customer success teams to grow pipeline, forecast accurately, accelerate deployment, and increase cloud consumption. Advises enterprise sales teams on cloud economics, marketplace opportunities, and hyperscaler engagement models.

Manage and support enterprise customer relationships, providing technical guidance on Red Hat products like RHEL and OpenShift while collaborating with various teams for efficient issue resolution.
