Owner of enterprise web analytics and tag management using Adobe Launch; validate and audit tags across environments, design event-driven data capture, build data quality metrics and monitoring, ensure cookie consent compliance, steward analytics data, author technical documentation, and support personalization and optimization strategies.

Lead on-site implementation of enterprise containerized cloud platforms (OpenShift/RHEL/Ansible). Provide SME guidance on automation, reliability, HA, networking, storage, security, logging/monitoring, and application onboarding. Manage architecture, testing, deployment, incident response, documentation, and customer interactions across engagements.

Coordinate and track technical project activities under direct supervision: maintain project documentation, monitor milestones/risks, support planning, stakeholder updates, workshop organization, and basic financial tracking.

Develop account plans, manage full sales cycle, collaborate with solution architects and partners, maintain CRM pipeline and forecasting, and promote adoption of Red Hat technologies (Linux, OpenShift, Ansible).
