The Enterprise Product Support Specialist at Podium is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and instruction to assist customers with the business operations and success of Podium's strategic accounts. This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience through collaboration with Enterprise Customer Success and Support teams.

As a Staff Product Designer at Podium, you will lead the design of end-to-end features for various product areas such as AI employees, automations, and bulk messaging. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to shape strategies for product development and user experience, conduct user research, and work cross-functionally with different departments at Podium.

Collaborate with teams to develop pricing strategies, analyze data, maintain models, track KPIs, and optimize pricing for a SaaS company. Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required, along with 2+ years of pricing analysis experience. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau needed.
