💡 About the RoleAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be at the front line of our sales organization, responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving pipeline growth. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will engage with business owners, understand their needs, and position Podium as a key solution for their growth.
This role requires strong communication skills, a high sense of urgency, and a proactive mindset to succeed in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
🔧 What You Will Be Doing- Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Master and confidently communicate the Podium value proposition
- Align Podium solutions with prospect business objectives and needs
- Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule calls, demos, and meetings
- Make strategic outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups daily
- Maintain accurate and clean data in CRM systems
- Research prospects and gather key business insights to personalize outreach
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape
- Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
- Must be based in Guatemala City and able to work onsite
- Advanced English (C1–C2)
- 2+ years of B2B sales, SDR, or relevant outbound experience
- Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and set qualified meetings
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Resilience and ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
