Build Neighbor's host acquisition engine: source and onboard high-potential residential and SMB hosts, design high-volume outreach (cold calling, door-to-door, digital), recruit and lead 3-4 interns, streamline onboarding to live listings, manage host relationships, partner with Data/Local Growth/Activation, and iterate using performance metrics.

Own end-to-end launch of modular storage supply: design financing, build host sales motion, manage vendor procurement and logistics, run pilots, track KPIs (occupancy, host income, time-to-stabilization), and decide scale.
