Lead Woolpert's Buildings Maritime Market to drive revenue, client relationships, and strategic growth. Develop and execute market strategy, manage and mentor seller-doer teams, coordinate cross-sector initiatives, and deliver financial and KPI targets across ports, terminals, marinas, and maritime development projects worldwide.

Process and analyze airborne and ground LiDAR and imagery to produce client-ready deliverables (DEM/DSM, orthophotos, 3D meshes). Perform LiDAR post-processing, aerial triangulation, orthophoto rectification, photogrammetry, QC/QA, data backup and validation, and collaborate with the LiDAR team to meet client specifications and accuracy standards.

Design, develop, and test Atlas Labs geospatial software and AI models. Work daily in Python on production systems, collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams, and engage users to ensure product quality, availability, and correctness.

Lead sector-level marketing strategy and enterprise positioning for the Buildings sector. Advise senior leaders, drive cross-sector initiatives, sales enablement, market intelligence, campaign alignment, and measure marketing impact to grow pipeline and revenue. Mentor marketing team and lead high-impact transformation efforts.

Lead and manage bridge design projects (primarily TxDOT), produce structural designs, specifications, cost estimates, and load ratings; mentor engineers and drafters; coordinate disciplines, perform QA checks, develop budgets/schedules, and provide technical guidance for rehabilitation and structure type analyses.

Lead and grow Woolpert's Federal Buildings market by developing strategy, driving sales and revenue, building client relationships, and managing seller-doers and program directors to achieve targeted KPIs and market penetration globally.

Manage and lead roadway/transportation design projects from preliminary engineering through final design. Perform and oversee highway, roundabout, grading, drainage, signing, MOT, and ADA designs using MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D. Prepare proposals, scopes, schedules, budgets, ensure quality, coordinate client and internal teams, pursue new work, and represent the firm in professional organizations.
