Lead and unify two local branch sales teams in the Greater Hartford, CT market. Build a shared playbook, standards, coaching, and strategy to scale revenue and operational excellence across both locations while preserving strong customer relationships in residential HVAC and electrical services.

Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners, assess HVAC replacement needs, recommend heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions, present financing and installation options, prepare proposals, follow up on estimates, and coordinate handoffs with service and installation teams. Maintain accurate CRM records while meeting sales goals through consultative, customer-focused selling.
