Coordinates marketing initiatives across multiple brands, with primary responsibility for copywriting, content editing, social media management, campaign support, and event and tradeshow coordination. The role develops channel-specific messaging, maintains content calendars, monitors social conversations, schedules posts, supports events, and ensures consistent brand voice. It requires strong writing, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Leadership Team: manage complex travel and calendars, organize board and executive meetings and events, handle confidential matters, coordinate expenses and logistics, support special projects, and build cross-functional relationships to enable executive operations.
