The Senior Representative - Inside Sales handles existing customers, focusing on upselling and maintaining strong business relationships while achieving performance metrics.

Oversee accounts payable operations, manage team performance, ensure compliance, prepare financial reports, and implement process improvements.

Lead sales and profitability for assigned multi-tenant data centres and hyperscale/cloud customers across UK & Ireland. Develop and execute sales and partner strategies, manage staff, create bids and proposals, forecast revenue and margins, build supplier relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and travel to customer/warehouse sites (25–50%).

Design, build, automate, and support large-scale serverless and cloud applications on Azure. Implement CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform), monitoring, and scripting (Python/Go/Bash/PowerShell). Troubleshoot applications with SQL, monitoring tools, and perform systems administration tasks. Collaborate with developers and architects to deploy, maintain, and document enterprise-grade solutions.

Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions to obtain and up-sell orders, process and track orders, prepare quotes, manage backorders, collaborate with outside sales, report trends/feedback, and identify process improvements to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.

Lead and grow hyperscale data center accounts across EMEA, driving sales, profitability, and AEC program execution. Manage and develop sales teams, build partner relationships, create proposals and forecasts, and ensure customer satisfaction while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and achieving revenue and margin targets.

Lead and develop a regional security sales team to achieve revenue, margin, and pipeline targets. Manage key accounts, drive CRM-based forecasting, partner with vendors and internal teams, and provide market insights to grow security and data solutions in the Central region.

Design, develop, test, and support Java-based WMS applications and integrations. Build scalable microservices and REST APIs, modernize systems with Azure and Kubernetes, troubleshoot production issues, lead SDLC activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee third-party vendors and automation integrations to improve inventory visibility and order fulfillment.

Provide senior-level production support and continuous improvement for WMS and integrations. Troubleshoot incidents, optimize performance, manage vendors, lead SDLC activities, mentor front-end developers, and support upgrades, modernization, and release processes to ensure reliable 24x7 warehouse operations.
