Manage and grow a portfolio of integrator and contractor accounts across the ACT, develop new business and demand, progress project opportunities from lead to delivery, conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations, maintain branch presence, and collaborate with supplier partners and internal teams while keeping accurate CRM records.

Manage existing customer accounts to increase sales of security products and services via phone and email. Develop new prospects and manage assigned customer accounts through face-to-face selling, presentations, proposals, demonstrations and relationship management to grow sales and margin. Use sales tools, supplier partnerships, and ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction and meet revenue targets. Frequent travel and driving required.

Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions to obtain and upsell orders, prepare quotations, manage open orders and backorders, collaborate with outside sales, report market feedback, and pursue process improvements to grow account revenue.

Coordinate activities and resources to support outside sales, schedule calls and technical specialists, update CRM, provide pricing and reports, and deliver administrative and cross-functional support to ensure timely execution of sales projects.

Drive sales with existing accounts via phone and email: enter and manage orders, upsell related items, prepare quotes, follow up on open/backordered items, pursue opportunities passed from marketing and outside sales, report market feedback, and suggest process improvements.

Lead and manage a team delivering advanced AI/HPC and data center infrastructure solutions. Oversee planning, budgeting, solution design, pre-sales technical support, vendor enablement, reference architectures, KPI reporting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful deployment of GPU‑accelerated compute, networking, storage, and facility solutions.
