Leads end-to-end UX research, Voice of the Customer programs, and customer insight initiatives across multiple products. Conducts qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, surveys, competitive analysis, and feedback analysis. Translates findings into product, roadmap, and design recommendations while partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, leadership, and customers. Develops targeted in-app education and communications using customer insights, manages feedback mechanisms, and presents actionable findings to stakeholders.

Lead strategic sales across EMEA for carrier and cable operator software platforms. Build and manage pipeline, close complex deals, coordinate cross-functional teams, guide pilots and launches, provide market insights, forecast revenue, and travel across EMEA as needed.
