Leads commercial direct-to-consumer sales growth by prospecting fleet and organizational customers, managing pipelines, coordinating bids and RFPs, closing opportunities, and expanding key accounts. The role identifies new market opportunities, builds customer relationships, collaborates with internal teams, tracks sales performance, represents the company at industry events, and travels up to 50% for customer and business development activities.

Supports vehicle acquisition, inventory management, supplier relationships, market analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement. Evaluates vehicle values and demand, negotiates purchases, monitors inventory aging and velocity, maintains sales and inventory data, develops dashboards, and recommends actions to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Coordinates cross-functional improvement projects and may travel occasionally to auctions, dealers, suppliers, and company locations.

Serve as primary contact for customers and dealers, handle inbound inquiries via phone/email, document cases in CRM, coordinate cross-functional resolution, educate on products/warranty, escalate complex issues, monitor open cases, and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
