Build standardized instructor practices, design staffing and training processes, track readiness and performance, partner with program leads, and travel to sites (30-40%) to support delivery and scaling of enterprise workforce programs.

Deliver applied, scenario-based leadership training for front-line construction supervisors and emerging leaders. Facilitate role-plays, simulations, coaching labs, and competency-based assessments focused on safety leadership, planning, productivity, quality, communication, coaching, accountability, and decision-making. Collaborate with operations and workforce development, evaluate participant performance with observation rubrics, and support train-the-trainer and continuous improvement activities.

Build, maintain, and optimize WordPress sites and landing pages focused on conversions. Own technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and AIO for generative search. Implement analytics, tag management, and A/B testing while collaborating with marketing and admissions.

Own and optimize lifecycle marketing and automation to move prospective students from inquiry to enrollment. Build and maintain LeadSquared-based CRM/automation, integrations, scoring, and data flows. Design multi-step nurture journeys, run A/B and incrementality tests, report on funnel metrics, and partner with admissions to improve Lead-to-Enrollment and Lead-to-Start conversions while ensuring deliverability and compliance.

Own media performance against enrollment and efficiency goals across the full funnel. Manage and challenge agency partners, shape channel strategy, monitor pacing and delivery, and translate cross-channel media data into clear, decision-ready insights. Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and data passback to the LMS and CRM while partnering with creative, nurture, and admissions to improve conversion.

Manage marketing project operations: own Wrike-based project plans, track dependencies and risks, coordinate cross-functional teams and agencies, run status rhythms, enforce deliverables, maintain documentation and DAM assets, and continuously improve workflows.

Provide day-to-day administration, maintenance, security, and optimization of Windows and Linux infrastructure, cloud services (Microsoft 365/Azure), virtualization, storage/backup, networking, and endpoint security. Deliver Tier 2/3 support, monitor systems, automate tasks, participate in migrations and modernization projects, and ensure compliance and disaster recovery readiness.

Design, implement, maintain, and secure wired and wireless network infrastructure across campuses. Monitor performance, configure routers/switches/firewalls/VPNs, support campus Wi-Fi, troubleshoot connectivity and security issues, document topology and configurations, plan upgrades, participate in disaster recovery, and provide technical guidance to IT staff.

The Lab Instructor manages B2B lab activities, ensuring readiness and compliance, coordinating resources, resolving operational issues, and improving processes to support training initiatives.
