The Process Engineer is responsible for managing engineering projects, providing technical support, and improving processes within the MRO organization for gas turbines.

Lead site finance for Commercial Engine Services and Military, Helicopters & Energy sectors. Own forecasting (AOP/LRP), month-end close, cost allocation, variance analysis, government contract compliance, and FP&A best practices. Drive SIOP integration, stakeholder engagement, talent development, and continuous improvement to support site expansion and operational decision-making.

Serve as primary customer contact and lead multiple airframe projects (4-6), ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, and customer satisfaction. Create project plans, track milestones, manage CCOs, coordinate across production/procurement/quality/logistics, prepare quotations, assist with billing/warranty, and resolve customer issues.

Supervise receiving and storeroom operations in an FAA-regulated MRO, lead and train warehouse staff, ensure compliance and documentation (8130, C of C), manage inventory/ERP entries, support audits, monitor KPIs, and serve as backup for logistics and shipping.

Lead strategic asset management for the CFM56 portfolio, driving engine acquisitions, exchanges, leasing, valuation, and monetization strategies. Build and lead a trading organization, partner cross-functionally to optimize deployment, improve working capital, and support Commercial Engine Services growth while ensuring financial performance and customer-focused service delivery.

Participate in production engineering and MRO repair projects: develop and implement engine component repairs per technical data, support tooling/fixture design, create engineering data and routings, coordinate cross-functional process improvements using lean methods, and complete assigned projects safely.

Serve as primary liaison between customers and maintenance crews to manage multiple corporate aircraft projects. Develop schedules, track budgets and materials, coordinate cross-departmental technical activities, obtain approvals for scope changes, resolve customer issues, prepare quotations, administer warranty claims, and ensure compliance with quality and safety policies.

Design, develop, implement, and evaluate professional development programs (instructor-led, virtual, e-learning). Assess learning needs, manage Absorb LMS, build Smartsheet intake/workflows, lead learning projects, partner with stakeholders, manage localization and governance, train LMS admins, and support ongoing learning operations.

Designs, develops, implements, and evaluates professional development learning across instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, and performance support formats; administers Absorb LMS; manages learning projects, governance, and Smartsheet intake workflows; builds stakeholder relationships and trains LMS administrators.

Provide technical engineering support for CF34/CFM56 production and repair processes, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, develop and document procedures, analyze and improve quality and turnaround time, perform root-cause analysis and cost-benefit studies, run repair trials, coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams, and deliver process training.
