Operate various production equipment to produce correct parts in a timely manner. Setup jobs, inspect parts, perform data collection, maintenance, and recommend process improvements. Maintain workstation and comply with safety standards.

Support the department's goals by performing CMM programming tasks for new product development. Write, validate, and debug CMM programs, communicate with stakeholders, troubleshoot machine issues, and train personnel on CMM machines.

Lead and manage department associates to achieve business strategy and goals. Drive effective Quality Management System and maintain registrations. Coordinate with various departments to ensure quality standards are met. Manage employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsible for customer and vendor quality liaison process.
