Sell Xfinity services to multifamily property owners and managers through consultative, territory-based account management. Negotiate bulk and non-bulk contracts, secure marketing rights, manage multi-site portfolios, build financial business cases, maintain CRM, mentor junior AEs, and achieve sales targets while collaborating cross-functionally and providing exceptional customer service.

Manage and grow a high-volume portfolio of small business clients through consultative selling. Handle inbound opportunities, develop multi-platform advertising solutions, track pipeline and CRM activity, support campaign setup and basic reporting, and meet revenue goals while maintaining strong client relationships and responsiveness.

Lead corporate communications strategy to strengthen employee engagement, elevate brand visibility, and protect reputation. Develop account strategies, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, renew contracts, sell Comcast Business services (SD-WAN, Metro Ethernet, Advanced Voice, Managed/Router solutions), meet monthly quotas, own customer satisfaction and escalations, and coordinate internal teams to deliver solutions and forecasts.

Lead strategic federal sales across DoD 4th Estate agencies, owning account plans, pipeline, and full sales lifecycle. Develop senior relationships, shape and close complex connectivity, cybersecurity, and IT modernization deals, and coordinate internal engineering, proposals, and government affairs to align Comcast solutions with agency missions and acquisition pathways.

Designs and maintains data structures, ingestion pipelines, and ETL processes across warehouses and lakes. Ensures data quality, storage selection (on-prem and cloud), API access, lineage, migrations, and governance while collaborating with partners and analytics teams.

Serve as the day-to-day contact for buy-side clients on FreeWheel Buyer Cloud. Train customers, recommend optimizations, drive adoption and satisfaction, troubleshoot with Support, and relay product/market feedback to cross-functional teams to grow client relationships and platform usage.

Drive new bulk and retail-to-bulk sales of Xfinity services to multifamily and higher-education properties by prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating long-term agreements, building financial models and scopes of work, maintaining territory relationships, and exceeding revenue and unit targets. Regularly meet with high-level decision-makers and collaborate cross-functionally while managing accurate sales records and adapting to variable schedules.

Sell Comcast Business Internet, Video, and Voice services to mid-size and large enterprises. Develop territory and partnerships, generate leads (cold calling, canvassing, referrals), deliver in-person presentations, negotiate and close deals, retain customers through strong service orientation, and maintain accurate sales records. Regular customer meetings and flexible schedule required.

Review and validate network solution designs, support WAN-LAN integration and pre-activation technical tasks, participate in implementation planning, collaborate with product teams, troubleshoot L2/L3 topologies and vendor equipment, and provide on-call/night-shift support for service turn-up and integration.
