Perform network activations and migrations, configure and troubleshoot routing (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP), deploy cloud and virtual appliances (AWS/Azure, FortiGate, Silverpeak), manage UTM and authentication systems, collaborate with carriers and teams to resolve connectivity issues, maintain documentation, and support complex network deployments and customer integrations.

Retains and grows existing Comcast Business customer relationships by resolving service concerns, preventing churn, renewing contracts, and identifying opportunities to expand product adoption. Uses consultative selling, discovery, objection handling, and closing techniques to recommend connectivity, wireless, security, and other business solutions. Achieves monthly sales, revenue, and retention goals while coordinating issue resolution across departments and supporting customer satisfaction initiatives. Requires a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Sells integrated communication solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Generates leads through cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and partnerships; develops sales territories; presents Comcast products; negotiates and closes sales; maintains customer relationships; supports retention; prepares activity reports; and meets sales and revenue targets. Requires flexibility for nights, weekends, variable schedules, occasional overtime, and out-of-office customer meetings.
