Leads intellectual property administration for trademark portfolios, including docketing deadlines, filing applications and office action responses, coordinating PTO fee payments, maintaining IPMS data integrity, and supporting audits. Oversees quality assurance, SOP updates, client communications, reporting, reconciliations, training, and continuous improvement. The role also manages client calls, dashboards, root-cause analyses, and team capability development while ensuring compliance with PTO guidelines and client requirements.

Manage trademark renewal operations, including data and evidence management, verification, double-checking and corrections, customer notifications, payment and billing administration, and communication with agents and document handling. Requires an associate degree or higher. English, trademark-related experience, and MS Office skills are preferred. The role includes three months of training and evaluation, followed by possible hybrid work.

Prepare monthly revenue journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, analyze GAAP treatment, assist with quarterly financial statements and footnotes, and support process improvement and special projects focused on revenue, AR, and deferred revenue.

Design, implement, and support enterprise and cloud security solutions. Collaborate with SOC/monitoring teams to improve detection and controls, support vulnerability management, automate security processes, evaluate and operationalize security tools, and respond to incidents to strengthen global security posture.

Conduct trademark and design searches using CompuMark design codes, develop query strategies, review and select pertinent references, produce high-quality reports on schedule, and provide peer QC and client-facing support for trademark/design availability decisions.

Support enterprise data protection across Microsoft 365 by configuring Microsoft Purview, DLP, and sensitivity labels; monitor and investigate data protection alerts; assist with data exposure risk assessments for AI/Copilot; provide configuration guidance, runbooks, and remediation during incidents; partner with engineering and privacy teams to implement policies and controls.

Perform trademark searches and selection of pertinent references, deliver accurate research reports within SLAs, support clients by searching databases to inform trademark availability and competitor activity, meet daily productivity targets, and complete training and assigned tasks.

Serve as strategic HR advisor to business leaders, driving workforce strategy, organizational design, talent planning, HR programs, and analytics. Lead cross-functional HR initiatives, mentor HR partners, partner with HR Centers of Excellence, and support global shared services to improve organizational effectiveness and succession planning.

Provide patent docketing and filing support: manage IP records, prepare prosecution documents (IDS, ADS, POAs, PCT forms), coordinate with foreign agents, maintain customer dockets, run reports, and ensure SLA and time-tracking compliance.

Provide legal leadership for Clarivate's corporate transactions including review and negotiation of deal documents, deal structuring, due diligence coordination, and general corporate projects. Support commercial agreement reviews when time permits, interact with senior executives, manage deal processes, and pursue ongoing professional development. Hybrid role with occasional travel.
