Conduct virtual sales presentations for prospective and existing timeshare owners, using consultative sales techniques to convert leads into purchases and reloads. Build customer relationships, follow up on referrals, answer ownership questions, explain products and financing, customize presentations, and complete sales contracts and required legal documentation. Authors infrastructure as code, automates provisioning and governance, manages enterprise Kubernetes and OpenShift environments, and enables GitOps delivery. Supports data and integration platforms, observability, reliability, incident response, and FinOps. Partners with security, network, application, data, and business teams; produces technical documentation, mentors engineers, reviews designs and code, manages vendors, and leads smaller delivery efforts.

Reviews and processes sales documents, contracts, loan applications, and financial paperwork for accuracy and completeness. Identifies discrepancies, provides feedback to sales staff, supports guest and owner requests, and maintains service and company standards. Requires professional guest interaction, flexible availability including weekends and holidays, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Supports hotel sales operations by qualifying leads, coordinating contracts, preparing reports, tracking invoices, organizing site inspections and events, and maintaining sales materials. Serves as a client contact and assists with public relations, website content, social media, collateral, proofreading, and marketing initiatives designed to enhance the guest experience and attract new markets. Requires strong organization, communication, reporting, office, and accounting support skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Delphi, and a current driver’s license.
