JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Provides support for sales team, including but not limited to handling of special requests, preparing material for meetings and site tours, providing information for potential clients, and qualifying leads to assign to appropriate sales manager.

Handles contract turn over process in a timely manner, which includes, acceptance of all correct documentation, payment and receipts. Audits internal Sales system for content through turn-over process and ensures files are complete and information is properly disseminated.
Supports Sales Blitzes by organizing, participating in sales calls and providing follow up.
Provides assistance with organization, updating and distribution of BEOs, and attending F&B meetings.
Maintains and organizes the sales database drives, office filing system, Keeps the team informed and ensures collateral and sales aids are readily available for team as needed.
Assists with update of monthly reports. Compiles information and formats for sales commentary, corporate accounts, and reports as needed.
Responsible for tracking and reviewing all sales invoices/payments and works with the DOS/Finance team to ensure proper payment is provided.
Responsible for the planning, coordination and preparation of site inspections, familiarization tours, press trips, photo shoots, and other hotel events. Assists with site inspections when needed.
Serves as point of contact for clients and able to communicate accurate information by phone and email, in a professional manner.
Drives hotel-wide initiatives to build and enhance the guest experience as a means of attracting new markets and guests desiring an authentic ADERO experience.
Assists with Public Relations requests, collateral, print media, graphic design teams, and printing companies and act as liaison with the Aqua-Aston Corporate Team.
Assists with proofing and editing copy for hotel website, collateral, and events and routes for approval with final proof to DOS/GM
Updates and manages website content, and assists with social media platforms such as TripAdvisor, Facebook Twitter, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Aqua-Aston Hotels & Resorts from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs of the hotel.
Work Hours:
Monday – Friday
8:30am – 5:00pm (including 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
