Executes payment runs, validates payment proposals and approvals, resolves payment rejections and vendor queries, maintains banking information, performs payment and bank reconciliations, monitors overdue invoices and payment KPIs, and follows SOX controls, procedures, documentation, and audit requirements. Supports accounts payable processing, issue resolution, process improvements, and automation initiatives within a shared services environment.

Leads regional payroll payment operations across Asia Pacific, overseeing payroll disbursements, employee reimbursements, accounting, controls, compliance, audits, treasury partnerships, and risk management. Drives process standardization, automation, transformation initiatives, ERP enhancements, and continuous improvement. Manages geographically diverse payroll teams, develops talent, monitors KPIs and SLAs, and partners with Finance, HR, Treasury, auditors, and service providers to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations.

Maintains accurate financial records, supports month-end and annual close, prepares reconciliations and journal entries, coordinates statutory audits and tax filings, manages intercompany and preview package accounting, supports cash forecasting, and ensures compliance with accounting policies and local Thai statutory requirements. The role also contributes to process improvements, finance projects, and collaboration with operational and regional finance teams.

Provide inbound owner/member support to build long-term relationships, assist with vacation planning, exchanges, rentals and maintenance fee inquiries. Respond to calls and written correspondence within 48 hours, document interactions in Siebel and other systems, follow SOPs, liaise with internal departments and partners, and ensure owners use their purchased weeks/points.

Leads regional Record-to-Report and Shared Services accounting operations across Asia Pacific. Oversees financial close, reporting, balance sheet governance, statutory compliance, SOX controls, audits, and accounting policy adherence. Manages finance teams, drives process standardization and automation, and leads ERP enhancements, migrations, and transformation projects. Partners with senior stakeholders on business decisions, risk management, service delivery, and continuous improvement while developing geographically dispersed teams.

Manages multi-country APAC payroll accounting, including journals, accruals, reconciliations, general ledger entries, payroll tax accounting, financial reporting, and month-end and year-end close. Maintains payroll controls, SOX compliance, audit documentation, and statutory reporting. Partners with Finance, HR, Payroll Operations, tax teams, auditors, vendors, and regional stakeholders. Supports payroll system implementations, automation, integrations, governance, and continuous process improvement.

Owns end-to-end payment cycles across multiple entities and currencies, including payment validation, execution, reconciliations, vendor issue resolution, cash flow coordination, AP reporting, and SOX controls. Supports month-end close, tax compliance, audits, ERP enhancements, automation, process standardization, and fraud-risk mitigation while partnering with Finance, Treasury, Procurement, vendors, and global stakeholders.
