Provide administrative support to Sales & Marketing: data entry, auditing, reporting, filing, database and spreadsheet maintenance, message handling, payroll assistance, and customer/associate communication. Lead and develop the marketing team, produce marketing collateral and website updates, manage departmental budget and revenue-management tools, support sales initiatives and cross-promotional activities, and handle HR duties including hiring, training, performance management, and employee relations.

Provides administrative and organizational support for the department: data entry, filing, correspondence, guest/telephone service, document preparation, office equipment operation, and maintaining confidentiality and professional appearance.

Sell vacation ownership by greeting guests, presenting approved materials, explaining pricing/terms, closing sales to meet performance targets, providing customer service, attending training, and participating in team meetings and coaching.

Engage guests at Marriott Vacation Club properties to present and sell specially priced trial ownership packages, exceed sales goals, and provide high-level customer service and follow-up.

Engage hotel guests to schedule and qualify sales presentations for Marriott Vacation Club, provide elevated customer service, meet eligibility requirements, and drive presentation volume and sales goals.

Invite and schedule OPC-qualified customers to sales presentations, sell preview packages to absent customers, explain premium gifts, handle on-site guest inquiries, meet performance targets, and perform other assigned tasks to support OPC marketing and sales efforts.
