As a Vacation Sales Coordinator (Marketing), you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.
The Vacation Sales Coordinator (Marketing) position pays a base wage of $17.00/hour plus production pay, in addition to $50 per day for six weeks during training.
During the training period, the effective hourly earnings average $25.00/hour
For 2024, the annual pay range (base wages + production pay) for MVC New York City M&S is reasonably expected to be $22,657 – $77,263.
Paid training: additional $50/day during the 6‑week training period.

*$1,000 paid after successful completion of 45 days of employment
*$1,000 paid after six months of employment
*Eligibility: Must have worked in the timeshare industry for at least one year

As a Coordinator Marketing Linkage, a typical day will include:
Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
Ensures that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
Guest Experience and Company Standards:
Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a Coordinator Marketing Linkage:
Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Skills Required
- Sales or customer service experience
- Ability to interact with guests in person or by phone
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in person in NYC
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and reaching
- Concierge or sales experience
- Successful completion of background and drug screening if required by applicable law
- At least one year of timeshare industry experience for sign-on bonus eligibility
