Provide outstanding support to Via's partners who power mobility and transportation networks with their technology. Build connections between partners and Product & Engineering Team. Prioritize operational issues, provide technical responses, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Lead a complex set of products and features that impact public sector transit agencies, municipalities, and governments. Design products for special needs populations and build a roadmap for expanding Via's product offering. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally.
