Serve as primary partner contact for Western Europe cities/operators, build long-term relationships, analyze service performance to recommend improvements, negotiate complex renewals and expansions, advocate internally for partner needs, and drive revenue growth.

As a Partner Success Manager at Via, you will be the face and voice of Via for our partners in Western Europe, both internally and externally. You'll build genuine, durable relationships with the cities and operators working to deliver better transportation for their communities, while owning the commercial outcomes that come with it — from complex renewals to service expansions. Our Partner Success team is made up of talented, collaborative people who are passionate about making public transit better, and at Via, the work we do together translates into real impact for the people who depend on it every day. This is a high-impact individual contributor role at the heart of our mission.

About the Role:

  • Own the success of transportation systems in your partners' cities, serving as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, translating their needs into concrete service improvements and revenue opportunities using Via's full platform, including Citymapper, to make the case for better transit
  • Build deep, long-term relationships with partners by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognising opportunities for service growth
  • Analyse service performance data on a daily, weekly, and long-term basis to deliver actionable recommendations that improve quality, efficiency, and growth
  • Negotiate complex, multi-year contract renewals and service expansions that increase year-on-year revenue across your portfolio
  • Advocate internally for your partners, championing new products and capabilities that expand the size and scope of their services
  • Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are a plus

About You:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, whether in consulting, customer success, or a high-growth technology company
  • Quantitatively inclined and data savvy; you draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets and turn raw numbers into clear, actionable recommendations
  • An entrepreneurial relationship builder who stays calm and considered in politically sensitive, high-stakes situations
  • A reliable self-starter with a growth mentality; you thrive in fast-paced environments and aren't deterred by setbacks or pivots
  • An excellent team player who views success as a collective effort and takes pride in mentoring others while delivering as a strong individual contributor

Skills Required

  • Fluency in French and English
  • 4+ years of client-facing experience (consulting, customer success, or high-growth technology company)
  • Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management with city or agency leadership
  • Quantitatively inclined and data-savvy; ability to draw insights from complex datasets
  • Experience negotiating complex, multi-year contract renewals and service expansions
  • Ability to act as trusted advisor and translate partner needs into service improvements and revenue opportunities
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Strong teamwork and mentoring skills while delivering as an individual contributor
