Lead Via’s West Coast operations portfolio, owning regional P&L, service performance, growth strategy, and operational excellence. Manage and develop Field Operations Managers, General Managers, and Operations Managers while launching markets and service types. Partner with transit agencies, commercial teams, finance, product, safety, fleet, HR, and other functions to improve reliability, staffing, compliance, customer experience, and margins. Navigate complex regulatory and contractual environments and prioritize resources across high-growth markets.

Leads Via’s West Coast operations portfolio, overseeing regional strategy, P&L performance, market launches, service quality, safety, compliance, and operational KPIs. Manages and develops Field Operations Managers, General Managers, and Operations Managers while partnering with transit agencies, Commercial, Product, Finance, Fleet, HR, and other functions. Drives growth, resource allocation, root-cause problem solving, stakeholder trust, and operating-model improvements across complex, regulated, people-intensive transportation services.

Design and execute lifecycle, paid social, out-of-home, and multichannel marketing programs to grow and retain riders. Conduct market research, funnel analysis, experimentation, reporting, and dashboard management. Scale successful community-specific tactics into repeatable playbooks while collaborating with internal teams and transportation partners to optimize engagement and communicate actionable insights.
