Lead accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, and investor reporting functions for an open-ended residential credit fund. Manage quarterly/annual financial statement close, liaise with auditors and fund administrator, prepare portfolio subledgers and financing reports, oversee reconciliations, support tax work and investor queries, and maintain internal controls and documented policies.
