Sell HealthStream Learning & Performance solutions within a territory to meet/exceed quota. Responsibilities include prospecting, demos, proposals, RFP support, contract negotiation, pipeline/territory planning, cross-functional collaboration, and transitioning clients to implementation. Build executive relationships, develop ROI/business cases, and contribute best practices to the sales organization.

Provide on-site and remote IT support for employees and contractors: troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, connectivity, provision accounts, deploy devices (Intune/JAMF), maintain documentation, participate in on-call rotation, and support onboarding/offboarding while enforcing security policies.

Provide phone, email, and chat technical support for HealthStream products; troubleshoot and diagnose issues, document findings for development, participate in testing releases, collaborate cross-functionally, and recommend product improvements while maintaining security and excellent customer relationships.

Lead QA efforts across the software development lifecycle by designing and executing automated and performance tests, implementing QA strategies, mentoring team members, evaluating tools, enforcing policies, and collaborating with development to ensure software meets organizational and end-user requirements.
