Responsible for new logo acquisition and managing an enterprise book of business, consultative selling, demos, negotiation, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, forecasting, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer value and quota attainment. Requires maintaining product certification and building executive-level relationships. Travel ~10-20%.

Hybrid enterprise sales role responsible for new logo acquisition and managing an assigned book of enterprise accounts for HealthStream Career Networks (initially myCNAjobs). Drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and account growth through consultative selling, demos, negotiation, and strategic account planning while maintaining product certification and adhering to company security policies.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites; collaborate with QA and developers to define test plans; create UI automation (Selenium); drive CI/CD and testing strategies; interpret logs and monitoring alerts; and leverage AI tooling to improve quality.

Lead strategy and administration for HealthStream's benefits programs including medical, retirement (401k), wellness, leave, and voluntary plans. Manage self-funded plan performance, vendor relationships, compliance (ERISA/HIPAA/ACA), claims analytics, enrollment, open enrollment, communications, and continuous improvement to control costs and enhance employee experience.

Own and grow the Intelligence Infrastructure: aggregate disparate datasets into a centralized Source of Truth, define data schemas and validation rules for AI agents, optimize cloud pipelines, work cross-functionally with engineering, data teams, and partners, and manage data partnerships and contracts to ensure scalable, high-fidelity data for automated workflows.

Drive new sales for HealthStream's Learning & Performance solutions through consultative selling. Own full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, demoing, objection handling, negotiating, and closing. Build C-suite relationships, develop account strategies, unseat competitors, execute annual business plans, achieve quota, and obtain product certification. Collaborate with account managers and adhere to security policies.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for one or more healthcare SaaS products. Drive research, pricing, launches, partnerships, and cross-functional execution. Champion customer experience, manage development teams through agile processes, and align product initiatives with revenue and satisfaction goals.

Develop and maintain front-end user interfaces for corporate, eCommerce, and marketing sites. Implement and customize Shopify themes/apps, build custom WordPress sites, optimize performance and conversions, troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, document technical specs, and collaborate with technical and creative teams to ensure marketing technology integrations follow best practices and security policies.

Lead technical strategy and development for the CME product portfolio, manage and mentor development teams, drive platform consolidation and legacy modernization toward HealthStream standards, ensure quality CI/CD/DevSecOps practices, coordinate deployments and incident response, collaborate with product, QA, and stakeholders, and manage vendors and offshore resources.
